Conditions of Use

1.1 Agreement to Terms. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 227bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 227bd website, mobile site, software, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing 227bd, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.2 Supplementary Policies. These Terms should be read alongside the 227bd Privacy Policy, the 227bd Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion or game rule document.

1.3 Language. These Terms are provided in English. The English version is the binding legal version. Where 227bd provides translated summaries of any part of these Terms for convenience, the English text governs in any dispute.

1.4 Platform Availability. 227bd aims to provide uninter rupted access to the Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). However, 227bd does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond 227bd's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruption. 227bd will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where operationally feasible.

1.5 Modifications to Terms. 227bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fees, withdrawal conditions, or player obligations — 227bd will provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via the contact details held on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and contact [email protected] to close your account.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with 227bd. Registration by any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. 227bd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Where 227bd has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If the player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed, any deposits will be returned net of any bonus funds already used, and no winnings generated during the period of underage access will be paid out.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active 227bd account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 227bd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 227bd is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 227bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your identity and address before making withdrawals or at any other time at 227bd's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 227bd may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account suspension.

2.5 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 227bd login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 227bd will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 227bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2.6 Restricted Territories. 227bd does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for determining whether use of the 227bd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 227bd accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Services in a restricted territory.

3.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use the 227bd platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of any third party, or could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 227bd and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Opening or operating more than one 227bd account simultaneously or in sequence.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party without that person's knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to circumvent security systems, access controls, or account verification processes.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Services.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be void.
• Using funds derived from illegal sources to deposit into a 227bd account (money laundering).
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotional offer.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 227bd staff or other players through any communication channel.

3.3 Reporting Obligation. If you become aware of any other player engaging in prohibited conduct on 227bd, you are encouraged to report this to the support team at [email protected]. 227bd treats all such reports confidentially.

4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 227bd are subject to acceptance by the platform. 227bd reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed individual or market-level stake limits. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform following submission.

4.2 Odds. All odds displayed on 227bd are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate in real time based on match events. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager. 227bd will not honour bets placed at obviously erroneous odds arising from technical or human error.

4.3 Settlement of Sporting Events. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). For BPL and other Bangladesh Premier League cricket fixtures, the official result as declared by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is used. In the event of a postponement or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with 227bd's specific sport rules, which are available in the relevant betting market.

4.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by 227bd in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious odds errors, event cancellation without rescheduling, force majeure events, or evidence of match manipulation. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount.

4.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and automatic re-evaluation at any time during the relevant event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected. 227bd is not liable for any network latency or connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet being submitted and declined during a suspension window.

4.6 Maximum Winnings. 227bd applies maximum payout limits to individual bets and to cumulative winnings within defined time periods. These limits are published in the platform's betting rules section. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum for a given market or time window will not be paid out above the applicable cap.

4.7 Casino and Slot Game Settlement. Results of RNG-based casino and slot games are determined entirely by the certified random number generator of the relevant game engine. Results are final upon conclusion of each game round. No complaints based on alleged game malfunction will be considered unless supported by technical evidence from the relevant game provider.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 227bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on the player's location and account status.

5.2 Platform Fees. 227bd does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 227bd's control and are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification before processing. 227bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including KYC documents or proof of payment method ownership — before releasing funds. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a fraud prevention measure. Where the original deposit method is unavailable or expired, 227bd's payments team will work with the player to identify a suitable alternative.

5.5 Dormant Account Fees. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 227bd reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified at the contact details on file before dormancy fees are applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

5.6 Currency. All accounts on 227bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 227bd is not liable for any currency conversion losses.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, 227bd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses awarded on 227bd are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms. Players are encouraged to read promotion terms in full before opting into any offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 227bd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in a risk-free outcome, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith player participation.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility. Promotional eligibility is determined at 227bd's sole discretion. Some promotions are available only to players who deposited via a specific payment method, played a minimum number of rounds within a qualifying period, or opted in via a specified channel. 227bd reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion, including where eligibility criteria have not been met or where the player's account is under review.

6.5 Withdrawal of Promotional Offers. 227bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to player accounts in accordance with the terms that applied at the time of credit.

7.1 Closure by the Player. You may close your 227bd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance that is eligible for withdrawal will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the identity verification requirements in Section 5.3. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 227bd. 227bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent registration information.
• The player's account shows signs of fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative activity.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal against a legitimate 227bd transaction.
• The player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Services.
• 227bd is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from gambling on 227bd for a defined or indefinite period may do so via the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and marketing communications suspended. Requests to reduce or cancel a self-exclusion period will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 7 days.

7.4 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by 227bd due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to circumstances unrelated to a breach, the verified account balance will be returned to the player in full.

8.1 Services Provided "As Is". The 227bd platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 227bd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

8.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 227bd's aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 227bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.3 Force Majeure. 227bd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks. In such circumstances, 227bd will endeavour to restore Services as quickly as reasonably practicable.

8.4 Third-Party Game Providers. Live casino games and RNG slot games on 227bd are supplied by independent third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. 227bd is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising within third-party game software. Such disputes are subject to the terms and dispute resolution procedures of the relevant game provider.

8.5 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and good commercial practice. Players are encouraged to raise any dispute with 227bd's support team in the first instance before pursuing any other resolution mechanism. 227bd will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

8.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the 227bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 227bd with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the Services.
